Reach the practice
The fastest route is the form: tell us where the capstone stands and which leaf the tree gave you, and one of the three consultants reads it and replies by email or phone, whichever you give. The review is free and carries no obligation.
Use the form, write to hello@wguirb.com, or open the live chat; all three reach the same desk. Send where the tree left you and whatever exists, and the reply tells you which branch you are on and whether you need the practice at all.
What to send
- Which leaf the tree gave you, or "not sure"
- Where the capstone stands: planning, ready to file, or returned
- Whatever exists: an aim statement, a determination draft, a half-built consent file, the board's notes if it came back
- Whether a facility is involved, and who there can sign for access
What happens after
Lydia Fairbanks reads it first. You hear back by email or phone with the reading: which branch, why, and what the folder for it needs. If the determination draft is clean the reply says file it yourself. If not, the reading is followed by a written quote for the package that fits, and the walk runs station by station from there.

Before you write: the three things the reply will ask
You can save a round trip by answering them in the note. Will the project draw information from or about living people? Will anything you record identify them, including a linkage key you keep? Is the aim to improve practice at your one site, or to produce generalizable knowledge? Those three answers put most WGU capstones on a leaf before anyone opens a document; the questions page explains each in a paragraph.
And one thing the reply will always say, whichever leaf: nothing counts before the board's letter. Do not pull charts, pilot the survey or keep quotable notes while you wait for us; that is the one mistake on the whole tree that cannot be fixed afterwards.
